Shipping & Handling
We usually ship all our items within 24 hours. On weekends and holidays we might take a little longer, usually within 2-3 days, or until the postal office is back open.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 14-30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Product
Absolutely! All products are cleaned and sanitized with products that kills 99.99% of viruses and bacterias prior shipment. Just keep in mind that even tho we clean everything, pre-owned items might still present signs of usage.
No. We carry all kind of conditions. All you need to do is to look on the product description under "Condition".
Most items will be on excellent condition. But due to be a used item it might present some signs of wear, such as scratches, dents, discoloration and/or sticker marks.
Returns
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
After you ship the item back and we receive it, we will inspect the item and process the refund within 24 hours.
